Today, the main guests of the opening of the National Tennis Center – former world number one Simona Halep and US Open champion Juan Martin del Potro – arrived at the Chisinau airport.
The world tennis legends were greeted by Moldovan Tennis Federation President Ceslav Ciuhrii and Federation Secretary General Natalia Belibova. The guests were given a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in Chisinau before tomorrow’s main event.
On May 23, a major exhibition match featuring Simona Halep, Juan Martin del Potro, Radu Albot, and Lia Belibova will take place on the center court of the new National Tennis Center.
It will be an evening of tennis, excitement, and the atmosphere of a true international sporting event.
