Moldova’s U14 national tennis team, Bogdan Vasile Carauș and Milena Zanoci , are participating in the prestigious Tennis Europe training camp, which is taking place in Prostějov, Czech Republic, from April 26 to May 2.

This camp traditionally brings together Europe’s best players in the under-14 age category and is considered one of the key platforms for the development of promising juniors.

The training process is organized at TC Prostejov , one of Europe’s most renowned tennis centers, which operates in partnership with Tennis Europe and the Czech Tennis Association. The Prostejov Academy is renowned for its high level of training and modern infrastructure, and participation in its programs is considered an important stage in the development of young players.

The camp’s coaching staff adds particular value. Classes are led by an experienced team of specialists from TC Prostejov, with the participation of:

David Kotiza , the former coach of Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova, as well as Lucia Safarova, Karolina Pliskova and Linda Noskova;

Jaroslava Navratil , the longtime captain of the Czech Republic’s Davis Cup team, with whom he won two titles, and a coach of WTA-level players.

Coaches from national federations also actively participate in the training process, making the camp not only a platform for player preparation but also an important element in the exchange of experience between countries.

Participation in such programs allows juniors to train in an international environment, work with leading European specialists, and compare their level with the strongest peers.

For Moldovan tennis players, this is another step in their integration into the European development system and an important milestone on the path to participating in higher-level tournaments.
